The Cyclepod is our flagship cycle storage product which makes a real impact. The eye catching design offers 2 separate locking points per cycle and secures 8 bikes in a two meter diameter.

The Cyclepod is an ideal bike storage solution for semi secure locations where space and aesthetics are particularly important.

Cyclepods can be used together with the Spacepods to go around corners and to form a “stretched Cyclepod / island” which holds more than 8 bikes.

• How many bikes does a Cyclepod hold?

  A full Cyclepod holds up to 8 bicycles.

• What configurations does a Cyclepod come in?

  Cyclepods come in configurations of a whole unit, half and a quarter. A whole Cyclepod holds 8 bikes; a half holds 4 bikes and a quarter holds 2 bikes.

• How is a Cyclepod secured to the ground?

  Cyclepods are bolted down via 8 ground bolts. Due to the Cyclepods innovative design, no foundations are required, just a hard level surface such as tarmac, slabs etc.

• What accreditations are associated with the Cyclepod?

  All our products can be used to help demonstrate compliance with BREEAM and achieve a high BREEAM rating. This also applies to the code for sustainable homes and also Eco homes requirements for sheltered and non sheltered cycle parking.

• What material is a Cyclepod made from?

  At Cyclepods, we are proud of our environmental credentials and social responsibility. The entire Cyclepod range is made from 90‐100% recycled (and recyclable) MDPE polymer. MDPE polymer is incredibly robust, durable and can be inherently stronger than steel in some cases.

• What colour options are available?

  The standard colour is black, which is made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials. Other primary colours are available as well as imitation stone effect.
